Leadership Training Programme

This training programme is designed to cover the core skills required to be a good leader of people. This training focuses on some of the key elements employees with management responsibilities will face in the role to lead a number of staff.

This programme is broken down into 4 modules. Depending on the needs of your business the modules can be delivered as separate training sessions or as part of a comprehensive Leadership Training Programme

Each module is delivered virtually and is approximately 3 hours. Session materials are sent out before each module, so staff are prepared and ready to participate right from the very beginning of each session.

What is this programme about?

This programme is designed to help those who have landed that big promotion or who are taking a first step into management at a new company. It is also designed for those who may be in a leadership role and need to develop their skills a little further.


The transition to leader will require a new set of skills and the capability to cope with a very different working day. It is now the leader’s job to ensure their team succeeds through effective planning, organising, motivating, coaching and communication. The 4 modules will cover the main areas required to develop the knowledge, skills and tools to become a successful leader.

Who will benefit from this programme?

This training programme is designed for people who want to move into a leadership role for the first time or for those in leadership for the first time. It will also be appropriate for anyone facing some challenges in a new leadership role. This course is not designed for experienced, senior leaders.
