After some time working with a larger HR Guidance provider we decided it was time for a change, One of the key drivers for this change was we felt that as a Small Business, we needed more of a bespoke approach. We’re a growing fashion / accessories brand with part and full time employees and our aim is to look after and support our team with the best guidance possible! As a small business we have felt a huge improvement since joining Peopletime in that we have a dedicated Account handler to deal with all our day to day queries and guidance on Employment Law. Where more in depth knowledge has been required a more senior team member steps in to support and aid as required.
