After some time working with a larger HR Guidance provider we decided it was time for a change, One of the key drivers for this change was we felt that as a Small Business, we needed more of a bespoke approach. We’re a growing fashion / accessories brand with part and full time employees and our aim is to look after and support our team with the best guidance possible! As a small business we have felt a huge improvement since joining Peopletime in that we have a dedicated Account handler to deal with all our day to day queries and guidance on Employment Law. Where more in depth knowledge has been required a more senior team member steps in to support and aid as required. This approach is spot on and we feel we have the bespoke approach we needed which goes above and beyond just ticking a box.
